- Scrape site content in bulk for commercial purposes without permission
- Use this site for any illegal activities
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property rights of original tutorial content and tool code belong to this site. For patterns generated during tool use: original patterns from user-owned images — IP belongs to the user; patterns from reposted images — original author rights must be respected and source credited. Publishing a pattern in the gallery grants the site a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it.
5. Pattern Upload Declaration
When uploading patterns to the gallery, you must confirm: you have legal usage rights to the pattern, reposted content is credited with original source and author, you agree to public display in the gallery, patterns are for personal learning only and may not be used commercially. Uploaders bear full legal responsibility for violations; the site assumes no joint liability.
6. Service Limitations
Our services are provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without liability for resulting losses.
7. Agreement Changes
We reserve the right to modify this agreement as required by law or operational needs. Modified terms take effect upon publication on the site. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified agreement.
